You can buy the pieces and the instruction booklet.

Basically you pay Lego to make you your own Lego set.

I highly doubt I have over $70 worth of plastic for my power turbine design :C. I cant believe how overly priced Legos are. They are one of the best toys/ modeling tools ever designed but they still cost to much.

I bought a huge tub of misc. Lego's at a garage sale last year for $30. Looking back, I guess I should have kept them instead of trading them for a SNES and games. From what I recall there were a lot of pieces from the older pirates sets and other sets from the 80's. I guess used Lego's are the way to go...
