Author Topic: PC vs MAC the final showdown. (I think the war's over)  (Read 28930 times)

I laughed while reading through this. I've owned a windows operating machine before, and I liked it. It ran smoothly, had a good graphics card, etc. It got a few viruses, but they were easily taken care of.

I now own a Mac OSX Leopard. It runs nice, good graphics, just like my Windows. It has a few more features than Windows, some that are Mac only (just saying). Sure, sometimes I wish that games for Mac didn't cost $20 more than the exact game for Windows, but theres an Xbox for that :D

Bottom line is both computers have pros and cons. Nick obviously likes Windows and Carly obviously likes Macs. Why does it matter which is actually "better"? I personally prefer Macs, but I'm not going to go all crazy about how I think that they are "SOO MUCH BETAR!!!1!!1!" because It's just my opinion.

^That

also, I am getting an Acer, and that's all I remember abou tit.

Hey.

Hey buddy.

forget off.

It's funny, because if Mac is so great why would you need to rely on Windows in any way?

Name one thing that is bad about macs besides gaming.

Just for the hell of it, someone tell me something Macs can do that Windows can't.

Not saying Mac is bad, I'm just curious.

Over priced. Too many hardware restrictions. Too little software. Less flexibility.

Oops, that was four.

Not get viruses. Not crash (Unless it's really f*cked up).

1.) Earn some money, boy.
2.) Explain
3.) Not quite
4.) Flexibility?

Here's a list of spyware that affects Mac OS X.

I tried to close Firefox on my mom's Macbook one time and it crashed.

1. Sorry, not willing to earn $3000 for a Mac when I can buy a $1000 Windows-based computer that does the same thing. Economics my friend.
2. Can Macs use the GTX 400 series? What about non-Intel processors? Can we even modify Macs at all?
3. iEvery loving noun in the English language, but nothing more than those applications.
4. I can't open up my Mac without giving up a child for Apple.
