Author Topic: Why is my headset all weird  (Read 794 times)

When talking and such it plays it back through my speakers/earphones
So I end up hearing myself when talking and have to select my computers sound when trying to use it with steam, and that's bad because if I'm playing a game or watching a video, they can hear it to.
Is there any way to solve this?

Uncheck "Listen to this device".

It's probably a compatability issue with your street-box

What do you not understand about me not being homeless?

Honestly I still have no idea why you think I'm homeless.

Double click the volume icon in your taskbar, then when the volume control window comes up go to options->properties->playback->check box for "microphone". Press ok, then check the mute box for microphone in the volume control window.
