Ok, so the fan on my graphics card grinds on something inside of it. How am I suppose to go about fixing this?

Take the graphics card out of your computer when its turned off and blow the dust out with compressed air.

It's not dust, it's some sort of vent thing.

Reseat the fan. This fixes most overheating issues.

You should never use a vacuum cleaner on any computer part. Always blow, not suck.
