Like, i only want to be able to hold 3 or 2 in my game, or when you join the minigame for it you can only hold a certain ammount of tools, please help me out

No, i mean that you have a more limited item space.

I don't think this exists but it should be possible.

Having a max of 3 'Tool' items is possable with VCE, OnItemPickup (For easyness) and Remove item.
