I'll accept you, but I think Decay needs a little buff personally. And you can have up to 5 moves.

Fertilizer is VERY underpowered. You should make the user deal 15 damage every turn thereafter. It's like an attack that does only 15 damage but it's a dead giveaway that your next move will be an attack.

Well it seems like in my attempts to not make it overpowered I made it underpowered. I think I will make an entirely new card.
