The processor is fast enough to lessen most of the WM mistakes. Also, the entire UI has been redone with HTC Sense, so you don't even really see the WM part of it.
Yeah, sadly, WM sucks. Hopefully, Android may be ported to it like how it was ported over to my HTC Touch Pro.

WM doesn't suck on this. If anything, I prefer it for it's ease of modding. As far as lag or crashing...  none. I've used it for over 24 hours now. So far, the only indication of WM is the start button.

Double post, but posted from hd2 with 3g using swype. :D

It lags a lot on the original Touch Pro. Mainly because it has a slower processor and whatnot, but if one thing, it IS very stable. I've kept it up for weeks at a time. Android runs really smoothly on the Touch Pro, though.

It almost has as much ram as my old computer lol.

I like my Eris. But nice.

Yup. It's fine so far. :D

By far the coolest phone I have ever seen. To bad I'm stuck with this crap pretty much till I'm out of my parents house, or as long as I don't have a job:

Hmm. The thing is still incredibly huge though, I mean, the screen is nearly 2x bigger than the Touch Pro's...how the hell can this thing fit in your pocket?!

Ew.

Again on swype though...  I was completely skeptical, but this has to be the fastest I've ever been able to type on a phone

Edit@Miga, it's not as big as it looks in pics. It's still big, but it's totally pocketable.

Editedit: How thin it is also helps balance the pocketability.

Dear god. I just installed Opera mobile 10. stuff's fast, dog. It's much smoother than 9.7...  reminds me of iphone now. The launch of this phone had some hiccups, but it's all smoothing out nicely.

Posted from HD2, obviously. On that note I'll try something more advanced...

I will take this opportunity to boast about my phone:

To top this off, my ringtone is the chorus of "I don't want to set the world on fire" by The Ink Spots.

How'd you get the transparent Start Menu?

I have no idea why I like this look so much:
