Shut up. He stole an avatar, don't really care if he didn't intentionally do it, but he should still change it. Muzzles can't change his, (privilege taken away).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the minifigure look was scrapped to avoid getting into any trouble with Lego. I know the studs were changed so that Lego wouldn't take any action against Blockland, and I'm pretty certain the players were changed for the same reason.

That said, I don't know if an add-on like this would cause any harm.

And, the avatar that can be found on google images is way too big to be used as an avatar on this forum. Therefor, I think you just right-click and saved it from Muzzles, unless you're smart enough to know how you can resize it, which I doubt a lot.
