Steam problem! I can't launch my games!

After Garry's mod crashed one day with an error message (I don't remember) when I try to run my games it says "Preparing to launch _____" as usual, it disappears, and a white window opens up for about a half a second. Do any of you know what the problem is? I reinstalled the games and steam.

delete steamclient.blob file in your main steam folder should fix it

I tried steam support. Got this dumbass asking for screen shots. After I got it through his head there were none to take, he gave me "solutions" in which none worked.
