Author Topic: Blockland keeps going into offline mode...  (Read 2076 times)

Ok, so some time earlier this month or so I got hit by a virus which more or less crippled my account. At first, Blockland still worked fine and nothing was wrong but only recently has my Blockland started to ALWAYS go into offline mode after the menu comes up.

I thought it was just the new anti-virus program blocking Blockland, but after the virus hit me I couldn't even touch the firewall settings so I made a new account and everything, but as it turns out the firewall is allowing Blockland.

So, I think that maybe I need to reinstall it and I do, but even after ALL of that, it still goes into offline mode. It doesn't try to verify my key or nothing, it just says "offline mode" and so I'm like "WTF?!"

On a side note... I somehow lost all of my add-ons in the process; Probably my own stupidity- moving on.

So what do I need to do? I'm checking out that tutorial for port forwarding incase that might be the issue but if it isn't I was wondering if anyone knew of what else it could be. I also have cable btw which leads me to believe it could be the port forwarding thing.

Yeah... still not working. For some reason, every time I type in the default gateway IP it just sends me to an error redirection page.

smash your computer into a wall, then try again.

either that or he can press the button which makes a boot swing out of your chair and up your ass?
i doubt that smashing i computer into a wall will do nothing but hurt it for some odd reason :o

Perhaps alittle help would be better then describing what I'd "like" to do to my computer at the moment xD

not sure :D
i would just keep on reentering my key

Why are you trying to continue using your computer with a virus installed?  Reformat.

go eat a cherry bomb, that will fix your sickness of all the bacteria in your stomach, which you think are harmful?

The virus has been gone.

Hmm I have the same problem for some reason... would you happen to have a VoIP box connected to your modem and/or router?

I'm not sure what type it is, my family got it as part of our deal with bright house for cable internet, phone, and etc etc. I've also checked for the thing's model number on the other tutorial but I couldn't find it there either :/

Hm so your phone line is connected to your internet correct? These phone adapters seem to interfere with BL or it may just be a coincidence. I'd just like to point out that I wasn't able to host anymore servers when I got the adapter installed, and now I can't connect at all...

P.S. not trying to take advantage or anything like that but here's my topic on a similar problem

Yes it is. The only thing I can gather from this is before V14, it worked, and now after V14, it broke :/

So I dunno what to do at this point.
