Unusual Grapics Error (I have ATI RADEON ProHd 2600)

Yes but even though.... i Got all latest drivers, Ver 14 of Blockland and I tried all (Excepted the smashing)

Graphic update? Also, If you also have this problem, it's defiantly a graphics update, this happened to mine (I so have a ATI graphics).

Is it Possibly a problem with my os? (It is Windows XP 32-bit )
