There's no dominoes or pizzahut in my city, so we just have to go to the supermarket to buy some frozen ones and heat them in the microwave. Best pizza I've eaten was on a vacation in Germany in a pizza parlor a couple of years ago.

Little Caesars is cheap, but uber greasy, and not really that great.
I find that their pizza greatly differs depending on the restraunt.
