Time for my suggestion again.
A valid add-on file needs to be put into an uploading slot to "Unlock" the post button, and a link that is IDENTICAL to the one put in must be in the actual post. If it's not, the post button remains "Locked" and the topic never made.

I mean seriously. If you had an addon that you couldn't get to work would you post ten topics saying ">IT BROKE" or go to the help section and ask for help?
