The xbox and the computer are in the same room.

My brother thinks that just because I'm not using the loving sound on the computer at the loving moment, he can use it to talk to his handicap friend on Skype just cause his friend's internet sucks or some bullstuff.

"I want the sound, not the computer!"

He also thinks that it's just too bad if I don't want to hear him shooting people in some game since he can't be loving arsed getting a headset for the xbox.

He tells me to just turn up the volume in my headset, which, of course, is loving stupid since I'm not him and I don't want to ruin my ears so he can be lazy.

He plays xbox all day and night.

What should I do? Punch him in the face?

Unplug internet connection to Xbox, the AV cord, hid the HDD and controller and unplug the power supply in all three places. If he asks you, reply that you don't know.

Actually, get on the xbox before he can and unplug the AV cord. This causes a non-harmful RROD (Fixed by plugging it back in) and say the xbox is broken. Or just start playing the xbox all the time.
