It's kindof UP.

Hook Hands could do like 25 damage each and be balanced.
Bowman's good.
Longshot is pretty UP... 50% chance to do 35 damage? I'd do something like 50% chance to do 35 damage, plus the opponent will miss you next turn.  or something
Resupply's gud.

Hot Head is just kindof weird. You should consider redoing it entirely. I don't think they should take 40 damage and miss a turn. That's pretty OP.

I'd make hothead deal 30 damage to everybody on the opposing team, so in brawls it'd be good move.

Sure, I meant that they missed a turn though.
I might remove that miss a turn thing, and let Longshot do that, even if I miss it.
