Computer build question

Hey everyone, I'm building a computer here real soon and I have a question: If I see a good deal on Newegg on a certain component would it be a good idea to just buy it, have it shipped, and pack it away somewhere and wait until I have enough money to get everything or just wait until I have a decent amount of money (I'm aiming for around $800 and have about $400 right now) and buy everything for the build?

I ask because I saw a good deal on a good graphics card and I've seen things been taken off newegg within a few month or two.

Depends on when you expect to have the rest of the $$$. If it's within a month or so I can't speak against buying the parts one by one.

It'd also help with morale. I can't tell you how much it would help mentally to finish saving the money if I had the case or the GPU.

On the other hand, you'll feel even worse if you lose the will to get the rest of the money and you have a GPU lying around.
