Hi! I'm back with yet another confusing issue.

Some things in the Left 4 Block mod confuse me.
1) What is the Horde Manager? Is it a person? A menu? A cheese?
2) What are the propane tanks supposed to do? Shooting them does nothing, and if you put them down, they quickly go away.

Its a tank that you shoot that enables explosion. Simple zombeh death trap.
