How do you make people forced to one team?

Ok, so there's three teams in my roleplay. Residents, Military, and me, Dictator. >:D
Now...how do I make it people only spawn as residents? plz tell meh...

You could possibly do this:

Set Auto Sort to 'Fix'.
Then edit the Residents team and at the bottom you will see 'Sort Weighting' set that to < 32.
And you're done.

Set Auto Sort to 'Fix'. (Remember to move yourself to the Dictator team before you set it to fix)
Then edit the Residents team and at the bottom you will see 'Sort Weighting' set that to < 32.

Um, I meant greater than 32, or just 32. Any higher than the max players in your server will work.
