I need to make a website with the following.
-My own domain name.
-HTML compatibility.
-Free.
Also, NOT FREEWEBS!

I know there's a way with php but what about HTML?

i think i pay 9 dollars a year to renew my domain name.
and i think 10 a month for hosting.

im sure it gets cheaper, but i refuse to host for myself, and some things are just worth paying for.
