If we get free health care then it will take months to get into doctor because everyone will want to go just because their kid sneezed once. Do you want to end up like Canada?
Well, for one, they have a higher tax rate and a government-controlled healthcare system that works and would work here because:
Poor people (without health insurence) in America go to the emergency room when they are in a slightly bad condition when they fear that they are going to die. (they cannot turn them away by law and only a simple medical clinic is necessary) Then, scince they cannot pay for it, we are forced to pay their debts.In Canada, scince everyone is covered, there isn't this apparent of a problem. The healthcare bill was signed because it would prevent this problem and suppress this problem today and for years ahead. Also, it was voted "NO" by the republican party because
they wouldn't gain money because of inflation in this bill.
