The Jewish follow Moses as their main Prophet of God, he lead them, and saved them.
I think the Muslims hate the Jews because when Moses said "There will be more Prophets and you will listen to them." the Jews didn't chose Jesus, or Muhammad?
Edit: Oh i've done some research and found out that Muhammad
wrote in the Qur'an that all Jews are sons of Pigs. Even though Muhammad was illiterate.

The Muslims liked the Jews well enough as long as the Jews were subservient and never tried to control their own destiny. As soon as the Jews actually took their own country and made success where there had been Muslim poverty for 1000 years, they made the Muslims look bad. It's a question of pride - the Muslims cannot tolerate Jews succeeding where Islam managed to build nothing.
Muhammad wrote that to try to get the Jews and Christians to follow his religion. When they rejected his religion he changed his policy to Jews are the sons of Pigs, the Bible is corrupted, they are infidels that should be killed wherever you find them. The only corruption was done by Mohammad who claimed to have received a new revelation that canceled the original policy. The Quran is full of that. Muslims will quote the outdated policy and claim that Islam is a religion of peace, when they know that is not the current instruction of the Quran.
