Yes you can join.
God, nobody seems to understand rules, I'll try to explain as well as I can here, and you can translate to whatever you see it as.
Members:
1) Should be active and help when requested
2) Will get files to all finished request builds, or non-finished on request.
3) Don't frustrate the requester (client)
4) Should also help on clan builds if possible
Client:
1) No unreasonable builds (snake, spam, 125,000 lattices, etc.)
2) Should build a small representation of what he/she wants, or provide an extremely detailed description.
3) Should PM me or join mah server to give requests; no third party.
4) Should stop by my server time to time to see progress and whatnot.
Apps should be anything.
