Author Topic: Vehicle flips on side?  (Read 459 times)

I'm having problems with custom vehicle collisions.  I'm using MS3D, would anyone tell me why my collision mesh named "col-1" just appears in-game as a block and doesn't collide?


Without a collision block my vehicle will go through walls, and an invisible collision hits me when I'm not close?


My car keeps fliping on it's side! It spawns the right way but starts to flip

Ok so now I fixed it but my car wobbles and when I turn it pretty much just goes to the side istead of turning?

I am just wondering, but when you are in the vehicle and you drive through a wall, do you go through the wall too?

If the map counts as a wall then yes.

You might have to name it collision-1, that is what I did. Make sure the LOD is -1 as well.

*facedesk* Forgot the dang LOD. Let me try it out. i'll get back to you.

EDIT: Everything works like a charm, thank you. Except this tiny problem of the vehicle trying to flip on it's side?
RE EDIT: *facedesk*x10 Fixed it. Center of mass was on side.
