Any resolution is supported. It's just that some resolutions aren't in the drop box and have to be done via console.

...res settings already has a standard option for your highest non window mode.
no matter what the size or full/wide it is using.

Also, Bisjac, this is for making widescreen, windowed resolutions, not for fitting it to your screen in fullscreen.

The Y resolution is set bigger then my screen. I wonder if thats why.

badspot should just allow the game (when windowed) to just be dragged to size whenever a person wants.

I support this. I think the position of the window should be saved also. I have dual screens and place the BL window on my second screen, but it always reverts to the center of my primary screen when I open it up.

I personally play in 1280x720.
I've been playing it since I started playing on my old laptop that only did 1280x800 resolution. I liked to be able to use my other windows without minimizing. It's like fullscreen with the taskbar :D
