The PhoenixComputer has Four Pages, Index, Music, Emitters, and Items. Pressing > will switch pages, ? will tell what page you are on, and 1 2 3 4 will do things according to that page.

You have to press the - to turn it on. most of it is very glitchy, but it works nicely.
