I did this with once with toggle events to make it change 3 colors. Before I knew how to do events better, but I felt happy :I

Rainbow player/funky shirt...
Apparently, it lags everything, but people have used it loads on my server, and it never lags -_-.

Rainbow car events as follows:
0 - Onactivate -> self -> firerelay
33 - Onrelay -> self -> setcolor -> red
66 - Onrelay -> self -> setcolor -> orange
99 - Onrelay -> self -> setcolor -> yellow
132 - Onrelay -> self -> setcolor -> green
165 -  Onrelay -> self -> setcolor -> blue
198 - Onrelay -> self -> setcolor -> darkblue
231 - Onrelay -> self -> setcolor -> purple
264 - Onrelay -> self -> firerelay
