The other horrid piece is that these kids don't have friends. Friends are an essential part of sociality. Everyone at their schools hates them. As miss Shirley said, and I quote, "They're walking picket signs."
Imagine telling that to your kid. "Hey Jimmy, I almost forgot to tell you, you're a religious tool!"
I would post this in the "I hate it when..." topic, but I don't hate this. It's more like beyond hate for me, if there is such a thing.
