Can't click when in-game

Hi, I've got a problem. When I'm in-game and try to click, I can't. But when I'm at the pause menu or at the main menu, I can click just fine. Have anyone got a solution to this?

Can you explain in more detail please? Such as what are you trying to click?

Make sure you have the newest update of the Excalibur sword weapon. The first version breaks your ability to click.
