Unable to access router page!

I'm using a belkin router, 192.168.2.1 being the router page, and I cannot connect to it. I have done it before, I do not know why I can no longer.

Well, I know that I have to be connected by ethernet to access my belkin page

I've connected to it before without being connected via ethernet. So yes, I am wireless connected. And, I hate belkin, we got it because it was cheap.
