Can not connect to youtube.

Tried on Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome, cannot connect, on chrome I get this error:
Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

Help anyone?

Ugh, I didn't need your guys help, I put as accident under IE Tools>Internet Options>Connections, I put:
Use a automatic configuration script (TICK), unticked, better :D
Now, I'm off to go watch some MW2 tactical nukes.
