What the forget are you talking about? They are giving you the recommended guidelines to making a clan. You are, quite obviously, not following them and no one is going to join a clan that doesn't do so.

Out of my 2 years in Blockland i have never even thought about joining a clan...
I over qualify for most positions and have many great builds... I might go for one.
