"I'm just gettin warmed up."

Oh that is just bad ass.

"I see a practical problem."

Awesome movie. I hate the ending though.

Heh, spoilers.

I liked the movie (the actual one, although the machinima is very good), and I thought Gerard Butler did a great job, but I hated how he loses in the end.  Sure there was the whole "I no longer make deals with murderers" thing, but that didn't justify anything.

You know, a movie I really liked was Taken with Liam Neeson.  It was cheesy acting on the part of the daughter, but the part I absolutely loved was that every single bad guy gets killed, usually violently.  It was so awesome, when you thought that they were going to ruin it by having him let a guy go out of pity, but he kills him anyways.  And the torture scene was awesome, also because he didn't pity the guy.  I love the "I believe you, that you don't know, but, you're going to die anyways".

Plus, I really like Liam Neeson.

What's wrong with the ending? It's not like Foxx just shoots him. He chose to set off the bomb and Foxx told him prior that he would have to live with the consequences of his actions. I came into the movie expecting the ending to be bad and I really enjoyed the ending. It really gave you a lot to ponder when trying to decide who was the good guy and who was the bad guy.

I see your point, but why does Butler have to live with the consequences of his actions and Foxx doesn't?  I mean, all Foxx gets is a scare.  His family is still intact at the end.

No
the man who went boom
Butler, yeah.

I think he got vengeance for his family and anger at the system mixed together a little bit too much.
