A handful of you figured out that I had trouble with Newegg last night with a Visa card.

Well today I noticed that my orders did go through. Two of them.

tl;dr I double ordered from Newegg.


I continued to go onto the Customer Support hotline where I got everything figured out.

 03:22:56 PM : Stacy: In this case, you may contact UPS directly at 800-PICK-UPS to refuse the packages or refuse the packages upon delivery. When you refuse a delivery attempt from UPS, the package is marked "return to sender" and shipped back to Newegg. Once it arrives, it will automatically generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. At that point you will receive email updates as to the status of your refund, which will generally take place 3-5 business days after the return arrives. You will be refunded the full amount (as long as everything gets back to us) including shipping.
