You've downloaded the .bls, yes? That is the Save file.
Ok. From there, you find your Blockland Folder. That could be in your "My Programs Folder" or anywhere else, really. Search for it
Once you have the Blockland Folder, open it up. You will find another Folder labelled "Saves".
Inside of their are Folders with the names of Maps, that you have saved on.
If the save you downloaded is on Slate, place it in the Folder labelled "Slate".
If you don't have a Folder with the Maps name, make one with the exact map name. Make sure you have that map as an Add-On, yourself.
Your Save may be accompanied with a picture, which will have the same name, but be a .jpg file.
Save/Move the picture file to the same Folder as the Map.
It doesn't matter if you don't have a picture to go with the Save.
Once you have your save, and maybe the picture too, in the correct Map Folder, in the Saves folder, you can open up Blockland.
You can then load the save in the Map it's set in, like normal.
