He never "mocked" the show. How could he, if he didn't know it existed? As for the suing, I think that's only if he's selling it. Since he isn't marketing this at all, I doubt that there are any problems. Have you ever played the mods on starcraft? "Siege of Helms Deep", "Lord of the Rings RPG", and "Star Wars the Clone Wars" are all names there, but there are no legal issues. It is perfectly within his rights to name this addon "Thunderbird". Now please, stop raging and flaming about the name. IT'S JUST A NAME!!
