It just seemed like a possibility. New account with such a similar name only a week after one was banned. Skyler had another alt too, I forgot the name though. He told me about it on steam. But as Kalphiter pointed out, it's not even the same IP. I was wrong I guess. Whatever, I just thought it seemed weird.
