Hmm...
There should be instructions on how to use the archives. It's really simple though.

Step 1. Go to the following site.
http://returntoblockland.com/archive/

Step 2. Find what you want to download (ctrl+F)

Step 3. Put it in your addons folder.

Step 4. Look for the addon on these forums

Step 5. Find the link to the download (link itself won't work as it should link to RTB2 or the like)

Step 6. Change the name of the addon you downloaded to match that of the link in the forums.
Step 7. Enable.

Step 8. Enjoy.

No problem. I figured out the name thing when I noticed none of the archive files had the Weapon_ or the Vehicle_ in front of them. (Keep in mind, some archive addons have had their file names altered further than that.)

Look for the topic.

Example: Minijet

You can find it pretty easily in the archives, then you change the name to that in the original topic.
