It said i had exceeded the datablock limit and it disabled a few addons

This happened to me as well. (I just got rid of some trash I never used). Anyways, there is no addon limit, however there is a datablock limit. Some addons are more datablock heavy than others. Guns with cool and detailed events probably have around 10 datablocks just for firing the bullet. Other addons, like simple playertypes usually have only one datablock. My suggestion is to just enable the ones you plan on using in your server.

You realize you have about 4960 datablocks? That means that, on average, one of your addons is less than 1 datablock, because you also have to load sounds, colors, and some other stuff.
