This is why I have my own PC, with a password, and etc. No one touches my PC, no one gets by without my say so.

Getting to youtube isn't that hard, even with it blocked. In fact there are hundreds of sites that have all the videos youtube has.

My school blocks everything. If you need something you need to ask a teacher to ask technology to unblock it.

My friend got machinima.com unblocked for him because his 2nd semester English project, which is our whole English final exam grade, is about machinima :D
