J_MASTER is convinced he is a perfect admin, and so convinced he bans anyone that speaks against him
When somebody tries to do something about it, he instantly points out a rule that he is enforcing in the completely wrong way.
"Respect" and "Speaking against somebody" are completely different things, of course, saying "You are doing it wrong" means you are automatically disrespecting an admin, if he were saying "You're a terrible admin and should forget off" then he would be doing something wrong. But he's challenging your decisions, trying to somewhat help, and you ban him for it.
So basically you're a power hungry jackass who are so ignorant you cannot accept you have made a mistake, so you just turn your nose up at it, maybe you should look down and start doing your loving job.
