RTB Problem: Server Options GUI won't open at all

I binded the Server Options GUI to my "O" key, but when I start a server, I press the O key and nothing happens. Also, the green "Server Control" button doesn't show up in the admin menu. Anyone know what this is?

Exactly. I'll try backing up all my things then re-installing blockland... but if anyone has more tips, that would be appreciated.
