No there isn't. Also that would be an enormous security risk if you could send any file you want to the client and have it run.

I see no reason for full screen. Meh, this Add-On sounds minimal to say the least. I would advise that you make something more useful, due to the fact that this will either get poorly implemented or crazily spammed. Either one sounds utterly terrible.
