Has anyone ever skipped a few heart beats?

I was alone in my house a month or two ago and i was paranoid about ghost and somehow my cat opened a door i got scared. Everything out of it fell down and my heart stopped beating for three seconds and then went back to normal.

Heart attack cigarettegt, people still ive when theres a heart attack going on, they just dont notice for a fe wminutes, then they start blacking out.

Well if it stops beating long enough so it can't bring the blood to the lungs and/or cells of your body, and then your cells die of lack of air. Its usually about 30 seconds if the heart stops completely for a person to die.
