Help me lag my new computer!

I built a desktop for my birthday, which I made an old thread about the creation of, but now it won't lag except in Crysis. I need help!

Specs:

Intel core i7 920, OC 3.4 GHz
2x ATI Radeon HD 5870, stock speeds
6 GB 1600MHz RAM

Things I've tried:

128000 bricks in BL (16X hacky AA)   Lag rating: 0/10
shipping crate filled with explosive barrels and random ragdolls in Gmod Lag rating: 2/10

Things I have yet to try:

Crab bomb in Cortex Command
Prime95 and 3Dmark06 repeated
replace the graphics with a single ATI X1300

Please help me! Crysis doesn't count, because it's on full settings anyway and it's always fully playable :(

Put the attached file in your Program Files\Crytek\Crysis folder and tell me how it goes.

Rename it from "autoexec.cfg.txt" to "autoexec.cfg"

It won't let me attach cfg files.

I just ordered a this and this to watercool my i5 750. The second radiator is for the 5870 which I bought from my uncle for $150. That, of course, isn't the complete watercooling setup.
