It's hard to find good admins. It's hard to find admins that won't ruin your reputation.
It's hard to find admins that are trustworthy.

This is what a good admin is.

• Reliable - will take good care of your server
• Fair - will not ban people because they're offending the admin.
• Trustworthy - will not give out your secrets or admin passwords.
• Able to type coherent sentences

This is not what a good admin is.

• Disobedient - Will never follow your orders, and never seem to learn when you take away their admin.
• Whiny - Will bitch and moan when there's a problem
• Stupid
• Traitorous - will give out admin to ANYBODY.
• Biased - treats some people better than others.
• Immature

Here's a REALLY good tip:

-Don't make someone admin just because they're your friend. If they find this unfair and don't want to be friends anymore, then they aren't a friend, and most likely not a good admin.
