Nobody Ever Joins My Server (Ports Forwarded.)

I have opened access to port 28000 and nobody ever joins my server.
I waited 3 hours and not even a single person joined.
I even tried server names that attract people the most.
Like City RP and Family RP And Free-Build. Also Dogfights.
Nothing.
So, any help? I don't plan to host any city RPs or Family Rps if your wondering. I was just trying to get people to join but nobody ever did.

UPnP, needs to be enabled. (SIMPLE STUFF)

Just go to the admin page, and find UPnP. (If you port forwarded, you know how to get to admin page.)

UPnP, will be located around, "Advanced". And every router has that. (unless your router is REALLY old.)

It's just a simple button.

I don't know where the admin page is so... can you tell me where? Remember, its been 4 months since ive forwarded the ports.

OH, OK OK.
The windows version is:
*OPEN WINDOWS EXPLORER*
Type this in address bar: 192.168.1.1
OK, a window will pop up and will ask for "Username", and "Password".
Username: admin (DEFAULT)
Password: admin (DEFAULT), if admin, doesn't work. Try, password. (ALSO DEFAULT FOR DIFFERENT ROUTERS.)

OK, now find a button, or, tab, that says advanced. (Or, if theres another, way. Just, try to find advanced.)
Now, UPnP, should be located around there.
If you see it, click, and enable. SIMPLE.

It's probably because i'm trying to host 32 players server

Its cause Your Server isnt very good named thats all.
Try Family RPG and lots of people will join (i did that!)

I walk around games for the bricks, click save bricks, wait for them to save, host a server with the same bricks they come in and say:

Try going on other people's servers, make friends, then tell them that you're going to make a server. or you didn't buy blockland and got out of demo.

I'm guessing you only did Single Port Forwarding, and if I'm correct you need to do Port Range Forwarding.

The Start port should be 28000 and end port should be to 28030

To figure out the To IP Address, go to Cmd(Find by using search) then type in ipconfig, search for the IPv4 Address, and use the last 3 digits.

I'm doing this off of memory so don't flame me if I said something wrong/I have no idea what i'm talking about ._.
