Author Topic: Crying kids in restaurants  (Read 12049 times)

Don't you HATE it when you are in a restaurant enjoying your food when a baby starts crying and the parent does NOTHING.

Wouldn't it be common sense to calm the child or bring it outside or to the restaurant, but instead, they let it cry for 15 minutes before doing something or yelling at the poor kid.

Also, one time in a shopping mall I saw this mom who looked as if she was 22 giving her probably several month old baby coca cola.

That's a great way to cause bone problems.

Also on top of that, the amounts of sugar put in sodas are actually too much for adults to handle too.

The only thing that keeps us from not instantaneously vomitting from the sugar is the phosphoric acid, meaning that kid will most likely vomit horribly the rest of the night.

makes me rage
so forgetin much

"Let him cry, I'm enjoying my meal"
Some guy said that and I was like "URGH I'M GONNA STRANGLE YOU!!"

It really isn't too bad. You are just being a baby. :P

I mostly hate it in movie theatres.

I swear to god if those parents don't do something about a crying baby in a movie theatre I'm gonna loving freeze it then get a hammer and smash its head clean off.

Not when you pay 50$ for a steak and every time you hear a baby you have a weird reflex twitch.

Well, I highly disagree. It's not the babies fault, it's just a baby.

It's the parents fault, hurt the parents instead.

answer: don't drink the loving soda or don't let the kid drink it. its that simple.

ah, this reminds me. I actually tossed a piece of chicken over my shoulder at a crying baby and hit it smack in the head. shut the thing up.

btw we'll all be terrible fathers

It's both their faults. It's the parents for not raising their kid correctly and the baby's for actually being there and crying it's head off.

HOW can you loving ENJOY YOUR MEAL while this TWERP is CRYING ITS HEAD OFF
RRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAA AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGG GGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Why the hell would you pay $50 dollars for a steak. Steak is my favorite food, don't get me wrong, but you are getting the same steak for a cheaper price at a lower end restaurant. A baby crying isn't too bad, it's soothing if anything for me. I like to have constant noise. :o

Normally when they cry I walk over and talk or sing to the baby until it goes quiet. The parents look like I'm some weirdo, though they always thank me when the child shuts up.  :cookieMonster:

I do the same things with dogs, too. I take care of, like, 9 of them regularly. :P
