No. They wouldn't have sufficient gravity to hold an atmosphere, unless they were incredible dense in which case they would probably be a neutron star or some other burnt out, dead star, and subsequently not a planet.

Also, if you think VY Canis Majoris is big, look at the gas clouds that result from its outbursts.
