Bizzare Graphical Glitch (not sure how to describe)

Whenever I place a brick, this strange glitch occurs.

The tops of bricks don't render.

Transparent bricks don't seem to be effected.

Perhaps It's better I show you...

Try disabling propsys and the props, then see if the propblem happens again.

    I did as you suggested, but to no avail.

This was happening to me after Physics were added to the game. You could fiddle around with your physics setting, perhaps turning it on/off and from low to high.
If that doesn't work, update your graphics drivers. If you don't know how to do this, post back.
