How do i change my picture that goes under your name?

I've been wondering, and it never occoured to me since till 3 minutes ago, almost everyone i see on the forums have a name, then a picture under it, and i was wondering, how do i set mine to a picture i want underneate my name?

Press the "Profile" button at the top of the page, and then look around until you see a "Upload picture" button.
